I am sorry that I mentioned another Cisco Press review coming and then disappearing for a while. I have a good reason though. I am continuing my education and this is finals week. This also means group projects and reports are do with no margin of error available. I have started reading the new book from the great people over at Cisco Press and I hope to have something up this weekend about the book.
The name of the book is Enterprise Networking Testing, ISBN -13: 978-1-58714-127-0
ISBN -10: 1-58714-127-2
The book was written by two authors, Andy Sholomon, CCIE and Tom Kunath, also a CCIE.
The book is the standard Cisco white and green hardcover that we have all come to love over time and comes in at 586 pages minus the index. The book has 18 chapters and the chapters are all loaded with the same great Cisco Press diagrams and illustrations that are almost always prove helpful.
So far the book feels like a lab manual in some regards which is not a bad thing and of course is just the opinion of one person. I am hoping to be done with the book very soon and will have some more info to share very soon.
